This session will focus on the challenges we face as we cautiously shift away from daily routines guided by pandemic restrictions and begin to gather in groups and reduce our focus on protection from illness. We will reflect on how the pandemic experience has impacted each of us and how families living in poverty and people who are marginalized have shouldered the greatest burdens. We will highlight ways to reimagine and rebuild early childhood systems of care to prioritize responsive relationships at every level. Using the principles of trauma-informed practice, we will challenge participants to identify strategies for success to promote resilience and reduce stress in their communities
