Map and Directions to the Friday Center:

Session Format:

ALL sessions, both in-person and virtual presentations, will be available for in-person participants at the Friday Center. In each concurrent session block (e.g., Wednesday 8:30 – 10am ET), there will be at least two sessions that will be streamed live via Zoom to virtual participants. These sessions will also be available to in-person participants by going to a room at the Friday Center where the virtual session will be on a large screen for in-person attendees.   A staff or volunteer moderator will be in each room to convey feedback and questions from in-person participants to the Zoom room and vice versa. Please note that these sessions will be recorded and will be made available for all our participants to view for a limited time after the institute is over.

Each time block will also have sessions that will be delivered in-person to participants at the Friday Center but will not be broadcast via Zoom.  These sessions will not be recorded.

Pre-conference workshops start on Tuesday, April 26 at 9 a.m. eastern time both virtually and in-person.  Check-in and breakfast for in-person participants registered for pre-conference workshops will begin at the Friday Center at 8 a.m.  Lunch is provided on Tuesday, April 26 for in-person pre-conference workshop attendees and 619 coordinator meeting attendees only.

Welcome and Keynote
