Virtual Meeting Space

For virtual attendees, we look forward to engaging you on the Zoom platform. Please ensure that you have downloaded Zoom on the device you will be using to access the institute and have tested the sound/mic before attending the institute.

Accessibility

On May 19, 2026, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available for the keynote and plenary sessions. ASL will also be available during the virtual event on June 24 and 25, 2026. All pre-conference and concurrent session presentations will have auto-closed captioning, and handouts will be 504-compliant.

All attendees who need accessibility accommodations (e.g., interpreters, large print, etc.) can note this on their registration form. If you have any questions related to accessibility, please contact us at inclusioninstitute@unc.edu.

Check their websites for additional details. Unless noted, the cut-off date for the group rate at all the hotels is April 18, 2026.
