Participant Info

We are excited to announce that we are using Sched for our schedule this year. You can access this year’s Inclusion Institute schedule in two ways: online and via mobile web app. You may check out the attendee guide to learn more about how to manage your profile and also customize your schedule.

Using Sched Online

  • Click the link and bookmark the schedule.
  • View the full schedule and click through to the session details.
  • You can also use the search bar or filter to find a specific session.
  • You may want to build your own personal schedule. You may do this by logging in to your sched account, then hover over a session of interest and click “Add to My Schedule.” To view your personal schedule, click your profile picture at any time.
  • Note for in-person attendees, adding a session in Sched will not reserve a physical space at the institute. We recommend arriving at any session you want to attend early to claim a space.
  • You can email your personal schedule or the full schedule to yourself by clicking the “Email” button. You may also want to print out your schedule or the full schedule. Note for in-person attendees, we will not have printed programs at the Inclusion Institute this year.
  • Create an account or sign into your account to browse the sessions and build your personal schedule.

Using the Sched Mobile Web App

  • You can download Sched from the Google Play store or the iOS App store.
  • Search InclusionInstitute2024.
  • Create an account or sign into your account to browse the sessions and build your personal schedule.

Zoom Guide for Virtual Attendees

  • Please install Zoom in advance if you have not used it before.
  • Enter the Zoom room | You will receive the Zoom room information from the Inclusion Institute. Please do not share the link with others. If your friends and colleagues would like to attend, please have them register for the event.
  • During each session, remember to mute yourself and remember that you can submit questions during the presentations or during the Q&A session.

Getting the Most out of the Institute

Attending a conference is a wonderful way to connect with people, and the Inclusion Institute is no exception. As an in-person attendee, there will be numerous opportunities to network during breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks, and of course during the sessions. And virtual participants can network with other attendees, too. To start networking virtually with other attendees, simply edit/update your profile by:

  • Connecting your social networks (i.e., Facebook; Twitter),
  • Adding your email, affiliated organizations, photo, current bio, or personal website
  • If you wish to be contacted by other attendees, you can share your email in the bio
  • Go to Privacy & Email setting
  • Enable Make my Profile & Schedule Public
  • And, finally, click the “Save Settings” button
